Im working like a maniac right now..I might try to record some words tomorrow at work. Right now Im looking like a sleepy jerk..so not possible. Tomorrow..I will look like a working jerk. Thats better. Anyway, Ron was important to me but Im not experienced with too many losses of friends..so I don´t know if I want to talk to the people at the funreal. I don´t know these people so Im still undecided if I really want to do that, or if I say bye myself over here like I did already. I respect everybody of the people Ron knew beside the internet...but please understand me if I have not really the wish to talk to anybody else than the people here. Ron was very very special to me, honestly... I always took his advice without question it. It was always the right and wise thing. And do you know what he also told me. "Whatever you do, don´t marry." You guys definitely remember what sad things happened in Rons life lately that threw him to the ground..severely. I remember my grandpa. He was also a phenomenal guy like Ron. I deeply respect and love him. He was old but very strong and positive. When my grandma died, he didn´t make it more than 2-3 more years. He died from broken hart. There was no meaning left for him to stay alive. Now, think back about what happened to Ron. If I would record a video and talk about the major things I got from him. Its fun memory and advice, staying positive when others go nuts, but I also saw what major sad thing happened to him and how much he suffered from that. Anyway, I don´t know the reason for his passing. But if I would record a video to talk about my memories with him.. I would also talk about that. And I don´t want to make people sad, nor telling em in front of grieving people what they have done, in front of Ron. I never close my eyes from the truth as bad as it is. I say things that need to be said. But this time... I won´t (on video), and therefore I might not record a video to prevent touching very sensitive things.
I might think too much... anyway. You guys know how much I liked Ron.

look buddy i feel the same i am very self conscious, i dont like talking on camera, its out of our comfort zone, talking to people we dont know...but this is not about us, its not just about saying good bye its about paying a tribute to the person he was...to the people at the funeral ...its Ron we talking about here, our buddy...forget all the other people he was your mate and mine...

its not a good idea to bring up the bad times, people have their own regrets.. he passed theres nothing anyone can do now, u dont need to say it, it needs to be dignified, its about saying goodbye and telling the world what an wonderful person we knew him to be and what he meant to us...
He deserves to be remembered for the great man he was not for having a tough time at the end with personal problems ...and that was in confidence
Not to make you feel guilty but I hope you decide to pay your respects man...for your own closure...I am sorry but "You guys know how much i liked him " its not enough here, especially not from you who was one of his favorites here and always had your back when new people didn't understand your sense of humor and got offended ...cmon buddy think who we talking about and what we doing here , you can do better...forget everything else and everyone else ..put your personal feelings aside for a sec and do what needs to be done
As i said i am self conscious talking to the camera in front of strangers too (I am sure many are, well be self conscious and uncomfortable together for a good reason)..
Ron has been part of your everyday life and mine for many many years...if not us then who ? we probably spent more time talking to him almost daily for years than most people at the funeral...the forum were his closest friends he spoke to daily...
