YouTube attacks me again... This time, it's alarming, though.

It only says MAY contain content .. so it May Not , as well , is it because it has Qiuque paredes written on it and his stuff may be copyrighted ?? like would it still have surfaced if you had called it Bulerias falseta by some guy ,,, and put his name in the description later, or if you said it was based on Quique implying it was not Exactly the same ...I dont actually know what the rules are here.
What would happen for example if you wrote a tune and put it on the net as ytour composition , then I find it , learn it , write it down and decide to put it on Youtube in parts for people to learn , can you really stop me?
I dont actually know the rules here except one and that is we dont own Youtube so really they can do what they want ....

Exactly. That is why whenever I get ANYTHING related to copyright from now on, I just delete the video. Safest way to go...

I guess something got lost in translation there, mezzo. I didn't really get what you meant. Here's my reply, regardless: I'm going to delete it because I don't want my account to receive another copyright strike and get suspended for 6 months.
I am not sure what your other statement really means, but again, here's my reply: clearly I am interested in the view count. I mean, I am not making any money out of this, but I enjoy knowing that people are checking out the stuff I'm uploading. In the end, I am uploading this stuff just for my own pleasure, but mainly to try to help people out (as you notice, most of my videos are tutorials, sort of). Or else, I wouldn't have bothered going through the trouble of recording and editing and uploading, and just played in the privacy of my own room.

the thing that gets me is when you say "attacks me AGAIN " , again !!, what are you doing that gets you so much attention from Youtube , maybe you are on there "most wanted" guys to be watched cos they done it before list...
They are watching you rombsix ... watching and waiting , scanning your Youtube account , intercepting mail , having meetings around big tables about you, have probably opened a file on your youtube movements ...and your freinds and aquiantences will be questioned ......OMG thats me ......

Well, I can't say I have "good flamenco stuff," really, but I'm trying to. Ricardo, Grisha, Jason, etc., though, have actual flamenco stuff, and they have TONS of views. I guess they're just too good, and much better than I ever will be, though, so there's no sense comparing myself to them...

I'm sorry to say you're wrong, Simon. Notice that the thing says:
"Please note that the video's status can change, if the policies chosen by the content owners change."
Once, I fell into the trap that you fell for - I said, "Hey, they say I don't have to do anything, and the video will still be up, so I'm going to leave it." I woke up the day after and found that the "policies chosen by the content owners" DID change, and the video was deleted, and I received a permanent strike on my account. And now, I cannot upload unlisted videos anymore, so I had to create another YouTube account for that. I don't want to risk getting another strike, because this time, my account will get suspended for 6 months, and I really don't want that to happen.

Rico, read this:
"I CAN'T believe this! The 15-minute video I just posted above of me on stage with my vocalist and guitarist friends just got FLAGGED by YouTube! I tried posting this video on another YouTube channel I have some time back, and I was dumb enough to include tags to the video with Pink Floyd and Wish You Were Here - it got flagged back then, and I assumed it was because of that.
This time, I uploaded the video as unlisted (so only YOU guys can see it), and the original video I uploaded was named in Arabic, and the name had nothing to do with the content. I placed NO TAGS to the video, but guess what!? I just received a notice saying that the content of my video has parts that are owned by UMPG Publishing with the content type being a musical composition .
Now, I'm NOT the computer expert, but I don't think that YouTube hires people to actually sit and watch videos ALL DAY LONG to just find out which ones have such copyright breaches so they can flag them. Also, I don't think any YouTube robots could have picked up my video because of any tags or file names. Also, I didn't use any MP3s of the original content, and we played the songs acoustically, and there was all that background noise - so I feel that some HUMAN actually saw the video and flagged it...
Did anyone of you guys do that!?
Simon, or Ron, or any other computer experts: PLEASE, do you have any clue as to HOW YouTube figured me out?
Is the CIA continuously monitoring my internet activity?! "
