a suggestion...without anyone knowing anything your title tells them its not yours and may be a copyright infringement...next time dont use the name of the artist in the title...put it in your description if you want ...put buleria falseta and in the notes...say its from him etc...otherwise its not hard to do a search in goggle and see that you are not him therefor it must be a copyright infringement
Read this, Flo:
"I CAN'T believe this! The 15-minute video I just posted above of me on stage with my vocalist and guitarist friends just got FLAGGED by YouTube! I tried posting this video on another YouTube channel I have some time back, and I was dumb enough to include tags to the video with Pink Floyd and Wish You Were Here - it got flagged back then, and I assumed it was because of that.
This time, I uploaded the video as unlisted (so only YOU guys can see it), and the original video I uploaded was named in Arabic, and the name had nothing to do with the content. I placed NO TAGS to the video, but guess what!? I just received a notice saying that the content of my video has parts that are owned by UMPG Publishing with the content type being a musical composition .
Now, I'm NOT the computer expert, but I don't think that YouTube hires people to actually sit and watch videos ALL DAY LONG to just find out which ones have such copyright breaches so they can flag them. Also, I don't think any YouTube robots could have picked up my video because of any tags or file names. Also, I didn't use any MP3s of the original content, and we played the songs acoustically, and there was all that background noise - so I feel that some HUMAN actually saw the video and flagged it...
Did anyone of you guys do that!?
Simon, or Ron, or any other computer experts: PLEASE, do you have any clue as to HOW YouTube figured me out?
Is the CIA continuously monitoring my internet activity?!"

u not having much luck with youtube are you
maybe they just racist cause of where you from...i was at a fancy dress party last night ( had to dress as a culture other then your own) ...i was dressed in an Indian costume ...but i think i looked Arabic...we went to a club after and i cant believe it, i actually experienced racism all cause i was dressed like that...
There was a whole group of us from the party there, birthday girl wanted to go out that night...i went for a cigarette in the garden by myself for a sec... I could see a group of men and women talking and pointing at me and starring and making jokes amongst themselves, obviously i couldn't hear any but it was obvious..u know the type...the TOP 40 type wa*kers, the type that make mexican sound effects at a flamenco gig...they were shocked when i walked up and smilingly said " OMG !! a man in dressed different !! go figure..."

I'm going to be deleting the video, so enjoy it or download it while you still can!
You can check who claimed that copyright prob. Most often these are some random youtube dorks who you just pass youtube a copyright claim mail coz they dont like your face. You can simply disagree with that. If nobody calls again withing a couple of weeks the copyright thing is released.

Yes they do, Ramzi...
It's a 7 year Degree course and they only select the very best of the final year. After 7 years you have a choice to go on specialist video spotting courses involving many lectures and late nights of study.
It's a tough choice in life to be a YouTube VideoSpotter, believe me...
Just be thankful they're not sending in a Swat Squad to take you out (yet ) .
