hey thanx for sharing very nice video I got the chance to see paco and also I learnt how to use cookies to have premium free account on fileserve in order to download this video
RE: Paco de Lucia - Años de Flamenc... (in reply to Rain)
I've got Windows video player, also Quicktime and others... I think it's probably because I'm using Firefox as a browser... will try it on Internet Explorer. When I click on the link, it takes me to fileserve's site to download their player/try to sell me their premium package. Wes

No- Internet Explorer netted me the same results. At the bottom of the fileserve page are address bars with links to the page- Paco, the forum and something else- but no button... and when I copy/paste the links, it simply takes me right back to the fileserve download/sales page. Wes

Yes, I did- and that was what downloaded the fileserver program. Went back to try it again, this time it asked me to enter the code shown above (spammer prevention) and again, started to download the fileserver exe file. Which I aborted this time. Wes

I would always use mediafire as a hoster
Thats great for you Deniz keep on using mediafire as a hoster. I on the other hand have used fileserve to upload this file to share with you all.
Deniz, you are more than welcome to upload this file on mediafire so no one else has to go thru the trouble of waiting or typing in something and your worries of it getting the video getting deleted will no longer trouble your mind.
RE: Paco de Lucia - Años de Flamenc... (in reply to Rain)
Rain,
Sorry i re-uploaded the video without asking for your permission and i also forgot to thank you for uploading and sharing it with us in the first place.
RE: Paco de Lucia - Años de Flamenc... (in reply to Issam)
No need to apologize Issam, the purpose for my upload was to share the video and your re-upload just gives people more options to download it - which is a good thing.

Doitsujin
My upload is not in a folder its the AVI file that was sent to me from a friend, and it does not have a virus. If it did mate I would not have shared it nor d have my friend t it to me.

he has a list of working cookies for fileserve which you can find at different geeks' sites he used cookie editor called "add N edit cookies" it is a free add-on for mozilla he opened the fileserve site and used the add-on to provid a new value (which is the cookie code in the text file he has ) to the existed cookie ... and then refreshed the site and tada !!

have no intention in doing so and i didnt download the file anyway. I just wanted to promote mediafire because it makes it easier for everyone and i feel that one of the reasons there isnt more stuff on it is that it isnt as known as other hosters. Had nothing to do with you.

Before anyone goes crazy trying to download this vid, here is the run down:
mostly excerpts of medium quality of clips that exist in higher quality elsewhere: 1.clip of entre dos aguas from Rito y geografia 2.La barrosa from middle to end in Mezquita Cordoba 3. Rondeña from Rito 4. Buleria with Pepe from Rito, half way till end 5. Camaron and Paco buleria, just a snip, same old stripped jacket performance. 6. Mclaughlin and Paco "Chiquito" from mid solos till the end. 7. interview and complete entre dos aguas same program, stripped jacket. 8. Solo Quiero Caminar in Barcelona with Sextet 9.Niño Ricardo solea (same old from Rito, very short clip) 10 Guajiras (1965 Paco and Ricardo modrego duet, very short clip from Rito del toque) 11. Sabicas (right before death, Alegrias short clip also Rito del Toque) 12. Compadres (duet Paco and Manolo playback, about middle to the end). 13. Casilda Tanguillos complete by paco 14. Al John Paco, Chanela
All this stuff either is or was on youtube in more complete versions. This program seems to be just a quick over view and sampling.

Ricardo, thanx for the review.
If you have a full link for la Barrosa from the Mezquita Cordoba i would greatly appreciate it.
As well as any other High Quality vids that are contained in this video.
Thanx
Most high quality clips are commercially available. All the black and white stuff looks fantastic on DVD, Rito y Geografia. The toque series borrows from that and is not so great quality, mastered from VHS, but still not bad. The camaron and Entre dos aguas clips and other stuff of mclaughlin, etc, not bad on the documentary footage...etc etc.
I could not find the La Barrosa I grabbed years ago from youtube, so I loaded it again for you. this is temporary so grab it yourself if you can, I will take it down eventually.
