Good flamenco near Nerja ? 
Hi everyone,
friends of mine will be staying in Nerja for 10 days from mid-September. Any good flamenco near there, that I could recommend?

En Nerja debes de comer en 2 sitios claves: la Bodeguita la Mariposa,Calle Cristo, 105, para tapas variadas de mi sobrina, y Restaurante Puerta del Mar, donde se pone conchas finas maravillosas, preparada por Raúl, un cantaor gitano. El puede orientarte. Trabaja a veces con Jingle, que vive tambien en Nerja.

Yeah and there is flamenco on the beach at papagayo although some nights are better than others. I think Tuesday has Petete and a dancer who are really good. Thursday has a malaga group who are quite fun but "touristy", sevillanas and rumbas and a bit of alegrias. Also check out the arabic tea rooms in carabeo. They have impromtu flamenco every night.
Also check the listing at the cultural centre . They usually have a good flamenco night every week or 2.
