Onlinebanking isnt safe in general no?
I ordered a tab from him. I send him a mail and got his bank details. Its the safest way to pay like this. I got it very fast. Hes serious and answeres your questions very fast.

on-line banking is not safe yes but theres a BIG detail to look for

If a page like Flamenco-world or elflamencovive etc that has a security symbol
normaly in the shape of a lock :-)) and they write on their page that they are secure.

That meens that if sombody steals your card number and so on your bank will give you your money back. At least in sweden.

If you shop on a page that doesn´t give you a garantie that they are secure you won´t get your money back because YOUR the one thats been careless.

But getting his bank details would be the safest way.
I´ll send him a mail

Henrik

Flamenco Connection ( www.Flamencon.com ) is not secure either. At least it wasn't the 2 times I have used it before. I try and avoid using it if I can, but the service is good.

Yeah, in Sweden. In Sweden you have allemanraat, too. Here they have shotguns for that!

If a site uses a secure https url, then it is basically more secure than any other type of banking (other than in person). Over the phone, cell phone, mail, restaurant bill ... you have no security. Proper online transactions (which most are these days) use 128 - 256 bit encryption when passing around CC numbers ... you don't get that when you hand your card over to a retailer or phone your number to someone.

There was so much hype/fear about card security in the early days that internet security has been forced to out do almost all other methods. I mean people are even putting fake card readers on bank machines and unscrupulous vendors are double swiping cards and putting security cameras on the debit card key pads. You can't trust anyone :)

My wife got charged $750 at a soul food restaurant one time. (the bill was under $50, and then this mysterious charge showed up later). When she noticed it on her statement and called, they didn't do anything about it. It turns out someone at the restaurant did this several times and made some quick cash. Luckily the credit card company didn't hold her accountable. Yes, being in person doesn't confer any special security advantage for credit cards.

Miguel.

I didn´t see this myself but i heard that maybe 6-7 years a go there was a relative to my gilrfriends father or something in sweden. She had married an american and now they were here for a visit.

One day he went out for a walk and 30min later when he can back he was walking/crawling in this ditch. next to the road. Of course everybody found it hilarious since its a very deep ditch and muddy!
But the thing is. He was afraid he´d get arrested or shot walking ON the road since he didn´t know if it was private or not.

Things like that are like another universe to me.

Funny things happen from time to time our "Allemansrätt" Doesn´t meen you can do anything you like but some times forign people get confused
and park their car in your yard and eat your apples..or camp

so allemansrätt doesn´t meen you can do anything

Henrik

you seem to know a bit about sweden, ever been here?

One more question i have. For every transcription it cost 19 euro. Don't you think that it is quite expensive ?

In a word yes, though they are good transcriptions. The books are more economical per tab. Pepe Habichuela book is 43 euro for 6 tabs for example.

For the illegal ones yes. For the ones he got permission for, it is decent considering his quality of work.
