In Sweden we have a H instead of B and B instead of Bb witch is totally confuseing to me. I use H but i would never replace Bb with only B thats realy confuseing.
I think H is in All of scandinavia AND in Germany as well.

Shroomy, I don't think you get to take credit for Paco, but you do have Astor Piazzola. I've been listening to a guy named Enrico Corea lately, and he's doing a little Piazzola, a little Villa Lobos, a little this and that. The title "Latin Touch" is corny but the music is full of life!
