There are so many great guitarist out there. I love them all...Vicente,Gerardo, Moraito, Tomatito. But I just can't get over how great Paco was. I can't see anyone who could ever play like he did. I also know that as a guitar player, everything is very subjective. I submit this video to all of you who play as a reminder of his greatness and not as a challenge as to whom you think was better. Please enjoy.

Good old Paco. Of all the Pacos he was the most Paco. I will say though, try as he might he never could quite reach the level of raw talent that Paco Pena or other virtuoso guitarists like Ruben Diaz achieved. /s
Jokes aside, la Barrosa is one of the easier flamenco pieces to play. I can play it with both hands behind my back (though it sounds absolutely terrible and nothing like the actual very difficult and amazing piece that you linked).

Hey no need to bash Paco Pena or lump him in with Reuben Diaz. PP is a very fine musician, even if his market was mainly Brits and he's losing his facility in his old age.

Oh yeah, don't get me wrong I love Paco Pena, I meant more to group him in as a Paco like Paco Cepero and the like. My comment was more to poke fun at Ruben, though Ruben is also talented in his own right just a little 'out there' and kind of a jerk.
