I'm going to Spain in October for about 3 weeks. I'll be backpacking so I'm trying to travel pretty light. I'm not going there only to study guitar but I would like to spend 1 week at Taller Flamenco which I hear is a pretty good school. I would not be able to bring my guitar with me so I was wondering if there are shops in Seville that rent out instruments? This is pretty common in North America but I don't know about Spain.

Wow. That's pretty amazing that they lend the guitars not just during the lesson but during your entire stay. Then again I've heard pretty amazing things about the school.

If you can't get a loan, try Casa Tejera (http://www.casatejera.com/Noticias_detx.php?Codigo=41 ). This is advice I had from a mate in Seville, but I didn't test it.

No. But I've got a better and cheeper advice for you. Travel with your guitar, don't go to that school, play a bit on the streets and in more or less 2-3 minutes a gitano will come around an want to play the whole night with you.
