So here's my take for starters. It's at 60 bpm, and I've felt it as sixteenths, and started it on the downbeat (which leaves the last up beat of the run to have one note instead of two, considering the run is 47 notes long).

Here is how I will take it flickado style .audio an video coming soon .The arrows represent the flick btw.(The first beat of the fourth sixteenth should be a flick not an I down) .
Ok, I wanted to practice the Paco bulerias picado falseta with a track at a MUCH slower tempo than these guys. I want to force myself to listen more than just play. I can probably take it up a few notches but I like this kind of practice. Anyway here it is.

Ole! JG, great tone and attack.
I find your playing so inspiring. I think it's because you are so talented and yet humble. Allowing us to see your process makes what seemed unreachable, well still out of reach but worth pursuing!
I think it's great you are now uploading with compas backing.

Thanks Orson. I'm trying to get more into the habit of playing with a compas track. Now only if my guitar stayed in tune, but I think Ramzi is getting me a tuner for Christmas.

My guitar teacher (who recently signed up for this forum, by the way!) just introduced me to some really, really, really simple bulerias last week and we played some more this week in our lesson.
JG, that was really seriously inspiring. Very melodic, musical, and incredibly well-played 27 seconds of guitar right there. Definitely something to shoot for in the future!

You play very cleanly JG. Its still a pretty fast set of triplets even at the pace you perform it here. Just to check I think you are doing this. Is that correct?
As a variation, I think Paco is doing this on the video (but he is extremely fast indeed) With a bit of warm up I can get it to your speed JG, but Pacos is impossible....especially with the same eveness of finger stroke and power.

Ok, i'm giving this one a shot. It's not perfect but felt like posting it anyway. I come in a bit early starting the falseta. The triplets are tricky to get them smooth at fast tempo.

that was wicked jg , I am trying to count the triplets as six's ( ta ki ta , ta ki ta ) one way ( ta ka ta ka de mi ) another and last ( da da di din na gum ) , each of them is two six counts followed by a( ta ki ta da ) man that was good thx jg
Thanks Kevin. I felt I could have played this one better but my nails are on the "too short" side now so I cannot catch the strings exactly where I want to.
