RE: Beauty of Flamenco - Lovely moments (in reply to Ron.M)
i don't know, but i think he is a perfectionist. i don't know, maybe these days he doesn't give a damn about many things, and of course it looks like he is very relaxed doing that mistake. BUT, i don't know what he really feels and what is going on in his mind ...or let say when he is at home after a show, in which he made mistakes, etc...... as already mentioned, from my perspective its all good and even cool....... but maybe thats not his perspective and maybe he is very sensitive with these issues ... who knows.....

I cant imagine Paco being bothered by that mistake, or lets say mistakes I also dont see any problem in uploading or linking videos of him. He probably made mistakes too when YouTube wasnt even invented.

Paco is already reputable and has contributed so much to the flamenco art already. No number of mistakes he make now (or in the future) can ever take that away. Though as I'm learning now, accepting a great deal of humility is all part of learning and improving and will teach you how to handle and recover from all sorts of mistakes.

He actually chose to acknowledge the mistake by laughing so it seems like he's pretty relaxed about it. He could have just played through and no one would really notice. He is a perfectionist of course but maybe he is getting more relaxed lately and letting himself make some mistakes.

It's beautiful. He handled that memory lapse (if i might call it one) with a confident smile. I honestly even feel better with that performance rather than something that is perfect
