that this threads that I started have more than 3000 hits in just 3 weeks,
I guess this thread has 3000 hits because there is written in the headline: PACO-Material inside. Well,.. now there is written "test"
And beside of that this thread is very entertaining. hmm.. I dont read this thread because of the entertainment.. I use it to develop my speed reading skills.

Play one of Professor Ruben's lessons with socks on both hands while wearing pajamas and video it and post it here on this thread. If it sounds good. .....I'll do it.
Jason - Its like 42 degrees in Granada now and I honestly dont have any pyjamas. If I post a video of my playing in the nude with large spectacles can I take advantage of your kind offer???
RE: Who is who ?...Tha Real Chalenge. (in reply to Guest)
Ruben...... c'mon bro. I asked you first. You give an analysis of my arrangement first, even though you couldn't possibly learn anything from it. No time limit, just when you get around to it.
Wouldn't that be fair Mr.Ruben?
Why is it that my authority is in question if I don't play a tangos by Paco, McLaughlin and Dimeola? I have never spoken ill about them..... well, a little about Al, but he sets himself up for that. You did however insult me. And for that reason, I ask that you analyze my arrangement. Here it is again just in case you missed it.... http://caminosflamencos.com/bien%20paga.mp3
Why is it Ruben that I bother you so much? Had you not spoken poorly of me and others here, your lessons would be hailed as generous and you would be celebrated around here.
It seems as though you aim to expose me as a deception or a fraud or something like that. Have I ever made a claim that was in some way untrue? Ironically, it does appear that perhaps you yourself have been somewhat deceptive in how you represent yourself.
Nationality isn't much of an issue to people around here, but it does seem strange when a person claiming to be from Spain doesn't actually have the accent of someone from there. Where is it you said you are from?
As far as the "authority" that I may have in this foro, I have always tried to be helpful, approachable and humorous more than an "authority". Something about that seems pompous.
Ruben to be fair.....you picked on me first. I made my presence in this thread first to defend some other teachers that you made statements about. It than became clear to me that it was I that you truly have a beef with. Why? It don't play with "Paco de Lucia" technique. That is your unique niche in the world of flamenco.
What is it with Jason McGuire being Jason McGuire that you have such trouble with?
After all you have said about me..... I still maintain that you are a great player and that you do indeed have something to offer students in the areas of technique and the music of Paco de Lucia. I am sure there are many other things you have to offer as well. I hope that the students you teach can filter out the negativity that you seem to possess. The art of flamenco would be better off without the cultivation of attitudes like your own.

Ruben,
I'm certain that if Paco could read these threads he would be horrified by your claims and your arrogance! You are not Paco. You can not pretend to be the voice of Paco. You constantly write about being original, daring, creative... yet you only mimic Paco's recordings! That is not proof of being his annointed representative! Several players on this site can play Paco's music note for note and call out the chord changes. You only embarass yourself by your childish behavior and do not honor Paco.
Ruben, I agree with you about Paco. You did however speak poorly of me. So it is hard for me to beieve you when you say.....

I want to make clear that I am not against Mr. Jason, nor against anyone else and that my ONLY intention is to contribute to this forum shearing the priceless treasure that Paco de Lucia has given to me and humanity as well as to dispel so many misconceptions.
If this is the case don't you think owe some apologies?
Paco may be the best and you may be better than me, but I am still content with who I am.
Looks like you are making new friends all around the internet.....

After reading the corresponding Guitar Salon thread (Jason's image) I gotta say that Jubilee Valence (and I hope I'm not offending anyone knowing him) leaves me as clueless as Ruben here...
I mean, comparing him to Esteban? Seriously?
That being said, all this cross posting over 500 threads (and now forums) makes my head explode.
Studies with PDL indeed.... Looks like PDL passed up on you being his touring second guitarist to give his lesser "students" like Juan Manuel Cañizares or Nino Josele a chance. I'm sure he asked you, but since you don't need the money.... Que cabron.
