Arash, I have checked with a couple of medical friends, and they echo Ramzi. Apparently, threatment will cure the problem. In my (admittedly unprofessional) opinion, the best course of action would be to undergo the treatment prescribed and maintain a positive attitude. All the evidence suggests you will be fine.
