Vicente Amigo New Album? 
Does anyone of you know if el mejor guitarrista del mundo works on a new album?

el mejor comes out with new live album nov 29. But if you meant Vicente Amigo, then I don't know.

I attended a Flamenco Concert of Vicente last month in Rome where he played some melodies of his new album and it was dedicated to his old friend who recently passed away '' I can't remember his name'' all what i can say is that it was as usual '' MAGICAL''

Basically, the concert was the tracks of this album Jof, but Vicente played also two new tracks from his new coming Album as he explained on stage

you wont hear an album like that from him.....unless you re listen to de mi corazon al aire!!

also he wont be releasing an album soon....paseo de gracia only came out last year didnt it???

I saw on youtube a concert of Viente, there he played a composition that is on none of his CDs. Part of it can be seen here:




I hope he is making a new CD soon.. I really love his music a lot!

Mate, that is on his newest album, Paseo de Gracia. It's a piece entitled Bolero del Amigo.

EDIT!!!!! OMG I got the album via a non standard way... This track is missing on my CD!! OMG! Now I need to buy the original!! Cant be that I missed athe entire track..

Doit what's happening to you? I have always looked up to your playing and first you ask who Carlos Saura is, and now we find out that you are not keeping up with vicentes music.

Ramzi, I recommend putting Doit on flamenco police probation

I wanted to do that, but I sympathized with him knowing he's been guitar-less for quite a bit now (and so have I, hence the mutual feelings). So I let him off the hook just this once... I'm watching you though, Doit. Be afraid. Be VERY afraid!
