If I'm thinking in Spanish, I call it Linda, but I don't mean it as a name. When I think in English, I want to call it "my precious."
Ron: That's funny. I was thinking that if I had kids, I'd probably name them after farm animals or musical instruments (depending on their looks and/or behaviours).
Henry: There's an old Salsa (IRC) where the guy sings about a girl that "ella tiene cuerpo como guitarra, y yo la quiero tocar."
You never think about your guitar like a girl? (I wish I had a girl as shiny and smooth, with half as many curves, je je je...)
ORIGINAL: Anders Eliasson Well, you can do like you do with boats, giving the guitar a name and a number, like Seagull III, then its easyer to sell them.
Hey Anders, didn't you have a hot pink Strat called 'Sexy'?? Or was it 'Sexy III'?
My wife sent out birth announcements when I finally got "Little Lester." Although we included a photo of the guitar, some folks actually thought that we had added another son to the family.
