jerez style remate endings

I usually end bulerias remates on beats 7-10 with albancio(Marote) style rasgueado. When I listen to a lot of Jerez plays they start on the + after the 7.
What are the common rasgueado used to do that, are they similar to galloping rasg. like used in Tangos( i,a,m,i)

Similar, with Alegria I usually play 2 basic rasg.(e,a,m,i,i) on beats 1 and 2. But i've heard a lot of alegria were the rasg. starts around the + after the 1. How are they played this way?

thanks,
Andrew

Several opitions. For bulerias you have
ai,pai,pai,p
or just two fingers, ai(down),i(up)ai,iai, i.
In both cases, you may notice the "spring" for the rhythm is 6+. Listen for it. You are cutting the head off the triplet, but you spring off the contra beat before.

There is also the quadruple time rasgueado (4stroke per beat).
am-p(down),P(up)am p P, am p P am,p.
And the same thing starting up, I like to do this one:
P am,p P am p, P am p P,am then close (mute the strings).

Also you can do a shorter one, but spring off of 6+(7)+, or two "+'s" later. Triplets would be:
ai,pai,p.
And quadruples would be P am, p P am p, P. That is a good one too.

Hope this made some sense. Good question/observation by the way.

Oh yeah, Alegrias. You can start on the + after one like this am,iiam,i. Obviouse the second i is up stroke. Again you usually will start this one if you accented 12+.

One I like from tomatito is normal 1,2,3 beats is amii, aiia,i. With gople on last "i". Very fun.

Thanks for the excellent rely Ricardo.

The Tomatito alegria rasg. is great.

I cannot figure out the last buleria quadruples pattern, is there a typo in it ?

OOOOPS sorry. P am, p P am p, P. That is it! I will edit the original too, it was a typo.

One more thing, it is common to NOT stop on 10, but carry through sometimes accenting 10+, or going on longer. The type of remate you use may influence your decision to either stop or follow through, keeping the rhythm going. Also you can do some remate's a beat early, like on 6 or 6+, and end on 9. Tomatito does that one often too.
