Modern Female Singers

Been listening to Argentina's discografia over the past few weeks along with Rocío Márquez. It's been a big change for me, as i usually listen to old guys...singing heavy stuff...any other female artist recommendations.

And yes, the camera guy in the argetina vid, spends a bit too much on a certain area. Toda la pluma. 🤣🤣🤣

Maria Vargas has been out of retirement for a few years and seems to perform a lot these days. Other than that... no.

Maria Vargas, the singer from sanlucar? any albums or just performance.

I listen to a lot of female singers who are no longer with us, have become a big fan of Rocio Jurado in recent times as well. For the past month im listening to a lot of fandangos and sevillanas.

María has a CD in the grabaciones historicas series accompanied by Paco de Lucía.

Rocio Jurado sings a lot more than fandangos: I have a tape of her accompanied by Melchor, which has seguiriyas and tarantas.
