Had to look that up LOL
Flamenco, Tango, next you will be into bluegrass, Ramzi. Bill Monroe was the epitome of the "high and lonesome" bluegrass sound.

Haha! Great stuff, y'all - will have to do more bluegrass. I tried floating flamenco in Nashville, but had not much luck LOL so if you can't beat 'em, join 'em!

My first LiveStream on YouTube.
Used just the Logitech Brio webcam with its built-in microphones that sadly compress the sound when it gets louder than speech volume so it messed up the sound, but still a reasonable start...

Where is the Lady Gaga video?
Awesome both guitar and singing. Lady Gaga wanted to revolutionize pop music back then. But her songs ended up sounding like dance-pop music from the 90's. The influence of swedish dance pop music is noticable. Gaga and RedOne (moroccan born swedish producer and songwriter) did a good job here. Alejandro reminds me of swedish pop dance group Ace of Base. That's why I like it.

Devilhand, when Lady Gaga wrote Alejandro she said that she wanted it to be inspired by Ace of Base...She claimed that did sample the beats of their music....
Ramzi did an EXCELLENT job at playing his famous El Rumbero Rhumba guitar. I have listened to his singing and WOW he has improved.... Great job Ramzi
It was an honor to record this with Ramzi and collaborate.

Ramzi,
You took the Lady Gaga Ace of Base Electronica and turned that into your famous El Rumbero Gipsy King rhythm which no YouTube Cover did! It is awesome..
So now take the Ace of Base "All That she Wants' and do the same
Also, you Kenji Girac Bella cover is really good....Playing guitar and singing is not easy and your voice has vastly improved....GOOD JOB!!!!

I might give that a go
How about Born to make you happy by Britney Spears? Another swedish production. I think the guitar in this song will sound similar to that in Alejandro.

When do you start to play a steel string guitar? In my early years of guitar playing I used to play this kind of stuff on a steel string. But sometimes I still do.

I've thought about getting a steel string for some time, but never did it. Perhaps I will at some point
