Doesn't sound that bad to me.
Standard practice tech: practice in alternate rhythms, swing, reverse swing, gallop, reverse gallop practice emphasizing one particular note or finger practice in "chunks", breaking it down into smaller sections and emphasizing those sequential plant full plant

I have a trick for that. Practice full plant pima like you were just grabbing a chord, but break it up fast. THen only play the m finger on the B string, and move a note around as if it is a melody. so pima m!!! and make the m note stop rhythmically so you have this fast phrase pimam...pimam....pimam... etc and keep at it till it is fast as you want. then add i into the equation.

Hey folks, I'm struggeling with a six note arpegio like this:
E--------0 B------1--1 G----0------0 D-- A-3 E-
These are deceptively tricky beasts. I've been trying to nail down some of these from Serranos "Flamenco Concert Selections" in the piece "Posada" (this transcription is simply lousy with arpeggios).
I can play the notes, I can play them in time, but Serrano gets this crisp, bouncy, percussive feel to it. My arpeggios are more like mushy oatmeal. I'm lacking something, but don't know what.
