Free Shop Space with Pegheds
I was ordering Pegheds tuners from Chuck Herrin today and he told me this: "I bought this school in 2003. It had a collapsed roof on two of the three buildings and was heavily vandalized. I have 22,000 square feet total. "Nice area now, gated. The old cafeteria (three rooms) is 45' X 60'. Private entrance, new wiring, cold and hot water, refrigerator, toilet, compressed air. I will offer free shop space there for 12 months to the right person. Hopefully, a guitar or uke builder that will use my product. 25 minutes to Columbia, SC. 15 minutes to Blythewood, SC. 1 hour to Charlotte, NC."
