Hi, I dont think that's common ...is the crack on the wood below the golpeador? (If yes it could be that the percentage of humidity is to low, probably below 40%, and you should humidify your guitar asap) or is it in the plastic?
I'm not sure I could catch a photo of it. I'll try after work today, but it's pretty small. It's about 15 cm long, but very thin and hard to see, but it's definitely a crack.
Gonna need a picture.... golpeadores really don't crack as a rule. It could be a scratch in the golpeador, or it could be a crack in the finish or in the wood underneath.
