Hi Grant Well a good flamenco bracing pattern is something personal. You can get plans with the information you are looking for. Barbero plan: www.lmii.com Santos Hernandez plan: www.madinter.com I will recommend you to build a copy as a first guitar, and then you can develop your own pattern later on. Both plans work very well. I personally use a pattern derived from Barbero, but it's so personalized, that it's my system. Good luck Anders
