Awsome. The best in-person lessons I’ve ever had have been very much like this: getting out of first position, exploring the fretboard, learning how to revoice some chords and being shown a few ways to put them together in the right context, and then being cast out on the street to figure out how to make it work all by my lonesome. Being given a few tools and concepts that you then have to take away and play with on your own until a real understanding sets in usually makes for the deepest kind of learning.

Thanks for the great lesson Jason. Such a wealth of information contained within it since the por medio ideas can be translated to so many palos. I'm glad I could use my first post to show gratitude.
