It turned out well. That is a great looking canoe.
Where did you learn to do all this stuff? I can weld, paint and repair cars and do most types of construction work, but I don't do much work with wood.
Next will be sails. I´m from an island. I raced in optimist dinghys as a kid and later I toured around in wooden yachts. Some kind of dinghy it´ll be. But it´ll take me a loooong time to build it. It´ll be clinker build
