In case of guitarists I find it be a more a matter of a difference than that of who is better

Not with scrambled eggs. Better with tomate rallado, as for Pan de la Casa. But, as in the case of music, as they say in Cádiz: el libro de gustos es blanco.

Morante -> RE: Juan Martin vs PdL (Dec. 9 2012 21:16:40)

Why not discuss Paco de Lucía (guitarist) with Moraito (tocaor)?

Now that is really a provicative attitude.

leave JM in peace. I have nothing against him, but on the other hand, he´s not worth it. How many times have we been through this?

Add lime juice to your guacamole to keep it from browning.

Ok, I know this is my first post, and a bit off topic but..
I have to say Bruce Lee isn't just an actor by any stretch.
Chuck Norris actually admitted Bruce would win in a real fight!

bursche -> RE: Juan Martin vs PdL (Dec. 10 2012 19:32:12)

No. Only Chuck Norris' shadow stays ten steps behind him in fear of a roundhouse kick.

Flamencito -> RE: Juan Martin vs PdL (Dec. 10 2012 19:35:33)

I get this feeling the only reason of that post, is because the person tries to get his story out as often as possible and chooses forum topics including 'vs'

Leñador -> RE: Juan Martin vs PdL (Dec. 10 2012 19:36:25)

I think Bruce would win for sure. Being from an MMA background I know a lot of people that tend to elevate Bruce to a god like status. I think maybe the best for his day, but I think there's people out there now that could beat him.
[:D]
I'm asking for trouble with that aren't I...............

Chicken Juan Martin:

Take three to five breasts from English chickens.
Place in preheated skillet.
Brown both sides, then liberally coat with pimenton dulce both sides.
cook on low heat until done.

Remove from skillet. De glaze pan with sherry or red wine, pour over chicken.
Serve with saffron rice and rocket salad.

In general, I have no idea what things are for you yankies. And sometimes its a problem [8D]
But it looks like this and is called "pimiento verde" The Spanish fry them, but I like them raw. Doggy likes them all ways.

Careful, there will be some Southerners out there [8|]

They are called "green peppers" in the UK. A direct translation.

Maybe they are the ones understanding me or with the same problem.

I wrote green pebber fruit, because I thought that green pebber was to straight, but I should have known better since they are called grøn peber in danish.

Leñador -> RE: Juan Martin vs PdL (Dec. 11 2012 13:19:43)

We've got Anaheim peppers, pasilla peppers and poblano peppers that all look like that. All of 'em are pretty scrumptious raw or cooked. We've got way too many peppers to refer to as green peppers.

Of course! I think that'd make an adorable ending to the thread. We argue and fight but then are all brought together under the banner of culinary delights!
mmmmmmmmmmm fried anything.............

XXX -> RE: Juan Martin vs PdL (Dec. 11 2012 15:05:06)

Those green peppers become very bitter when you fry them. I also prefer them raw, or in a salad.

Leñador -> RE: Juan Martin vs PdL (Dec. 11 2012 15:33:10)

Out here we like to take peppers like that, stuff 'em with cheese, chicken and spices, bread them and fry them, then cover 'em in salsa. Chile Relleno, it's really an attack on your arteries but it's sooo good.
