Unfortunately Mike I am not kidding. While I do feel bad for the seller they did have several opportunities to respond to my emails. All I asked for was a status update on my order and they provided no information. Meanwhile, my credit card company has been charing me interest that the seller could care less about. While charge backs are bad for business so is poor customer service. And... this post tells me that I'm not the only one who has lost faith in Flamenco-World. It's too bad because I really their website, variety of products, pricing and promotions. Note: I also ordered from esflamenco.com the same day as my last Flamenco-World order. I received my shipment from esflamenco.com in 4 business days (just as described on their website). Up until my charge back request today... I have been still waiting for my order from Flamenco-World wondering if my order got lost in some black whole. I hope Flamenco-World understands that they do have competition with similar pricing and products. That's another thing... a couple years ago Flamenco-World used to throw in some really cool post cards of flamenco singers, dancers, and guitar players with every order. That was such a nice bonus. They stopped doing that.
