 El Tempul Tech questions

So sorry if I'm three months behind, but I've got a few El Tempul questions.
Firstly, I just wanna say that I've been busy learning some other stuff and only just got round to this. I've been briefly looking at some of the previous El Tempul posts which I hadn't paid a great deal of attention to before. The uploads I saw were ridiculously good (Ricardo and Henrik) and well inspiring Thanks!! and the chit chat about the piece is great too. I've only learnt a few of the falsetas but as I think Ron has said, there is something about this piece and the way its put together (Tecnique wise) I really like it.
I have the Faucher tab but find myself with a lot of questions regarding the right hand fingering (much like Mi inspiracion recently) his tabs are great but I can't always tell/work out what I'm supposed to do with my right hand. Some of it feels obvious and rolls smoothly but other bits I'm unsure. (perhaps as I get more familiar with his tabs and certain techniques it will be easier.)
1.For example, I was playing the intro with rest stokes and the only when I watched Ricardos vid did I see him doing differently.
2. Also the very first A,M,I,I rasgeo at bar 20.... is that I stroke at the start of bar 21 up or down?? and could I just play E,A,M,I instead so I would def be down??(is that what you do ricardo?)
Anyway, Im gonna post this now because my connection is freaking out and I don't wanna lose what I've written.

Hey Stu.....I think its cool so many people are learning this one now. That rasgeo is a,m,i,(all down) and then i again as an upstroke. You get a much stronger sound that way than e,a,m,i and its a really common technique for single rasgeo. If you do the second technique, then yes, the last note would be a downstroke but I dont think youll get it to sound as tight.
The very first part (up to bar 15) are rest strokes but you are doing a lot of hammer ons ( the curly line between 2 notes) so only about half the notes are plucked. Bars 15+ are picado...I think you'll find Ricardos technique is quite economical so it looks like hes doing less than he really is.

Like Pimientito said, up stroke is "stronger" I would say "brighter" because you are pulling upwards at the treble strings first. The other way, eami down is much darker, or rather you can use that to snap the bass strings more. Try both ways. Probably, like the huge percentages of us discover that there actually IS a difference in sound, you will prefer to end with i up. Somtimes I start eami, but again end i up for the same reason, just I get to do a faster rasgueado with an extra note.  Paco Cepero does i up FIRST then ami,i up to end.
Yeah, Paco does a lot of "tirando" or free stroke techniques, some are pretty tricky and you see I do slow versions of the ones I think are tuff. Like the next to last falseta that sounds like M. de Falla, he does what feels like normal up and down arpegio, but the notes become a scale run and feel like a tremolo to the right hand. Brilliant technique Idea, Nunez has capitalized on that and maybe even out done Paco with it at this point. But the mechanics are the same essentially. So many try to shift to picado there, breaking the smoothness, and that is the trick, to make it like a "tremolo". I rushed it because once you get it, it is easy to feel like you want to fly away with it. Controlling rhythm is always the goal with any technique, so I keep working.
Anymore questions as you progress, feel free. Don't forget, my way is not THE only way, and we all agree it is OK to make personal revisions for the sake of performing it. Henrik has a fabulous version, and does many things different than I do, and it is all good in the end.
