Do you use any nicknames for your guitar? Maybe something spanish, maybe referring to the color, the wood, etc? I wonder, whether it's usual to have a nickname for the guitar. Sometimes I think I should have one for my 'baby', but never settled to something concrete.
I see the majority here won't give their guitars names that express deep admiration...not even the status of a good buddy is given to the guitars...
Ok, so I will out myself here...I never speak/argue with my guitar. But I usually introduce her to my friends as my 'baby'. Sometimes I think it's more cool to use a spanish term...any proposals?

RE: Nickname for the guitar (in reply to sianturi)
Actually, my Guitar is faithful and also very shy! And she also doesnt like to be touched by anyone except me. Whenever i have visit from my friends, she hides away in her case!

I think to give a guitar a name is not a good idea. Its a thing of dayly usage, not more. And if I find anywhere one which fits better on me, I sell my old one. If you give it a name,it can become hard for you.... But its just a tool.
