Letra translation please

I feel that this is a beautiful letra... It's alegria by La Nitra (Sin ti no se vivir).
I found these words on internet and I guess they are quite accurate (some words are missing i think, but the idea is there), can somebody please translate this? Or just part of it you feel is worthy? Thanks!

I heard 'primo' could also mean someone close, a friend (not cousin literally).
True? Don't know what's in this case...

Yeah it is common amongst the gitanos to call close friends Primos, sometimes it happens to be true as well and they actually are cousins. They dont seem to make the distinction between second, third cousins etc. In this case I'd guess she is talking about a cousin, maybe he went and married some-one else and broke her heart.
