rank beginner seeks advice

I am new here and although I have owned/played for quite a while-I am new to flamenco. I have owned some fine steel strings and some passable classicals but have ordered from a local dealer a 'menco with pegs.......well partly because the look is killer. As is often stated by those who like pegs (cause I read a lot before jumping on this peg decision) tuning with them is not nearly as tall an order as one might think. Enough rambling-here is my dilemna. The guitar came with action just over that of a standard classical. I took all I could from the saddle and now am at 1/8" at the twelfth fret bass side and just over 3/32" treble. I think that is near the standard sepup for a flamenco. Is this considered a bad neckset (as I am out of future adjustment already) or something I ought to figure is standard for a guitar listing at $999 before case? I think the action will go up if I put anything beyond the very medium or less tension strings currently on it.
The case it was shipped with is an ill fit and a cursory examination would indicate the thing would be good for a guitar without pegs but I am wondering if there is a recommended hardshell out there or if I had ought to get a gigbag and hide it in an obscure corner of the house to avoid tragedy. Sorry to be so long-winded but any advice is appreciated.

Don't worry....your question will get answered by one of our guitar experts.
Doit speaks English as a second language and your question was a bit involved..

You should always make sure you are happy with the action before you buy a lower priced guitar. If you can't go any lower because of buzz, you can have a new fret job and have the guitar doctor shave away some of the ebony finger board and that will get the bridge lower and still not too buzzy. My friends did this for their guitars and were very happy with the results. If the problem is with the bridge (less than 0 break angle, or the bone is down to the wood) than it is still fixable but you have to ask is it worth it for a $1000 guitar? I can get this type of work done for a few hundred bucks, but not sure what your options are.
