My introduction to him was Habichuela en Rama which I felt was a great album. RIP.

fuuuuck man. time passes so quickly. Maestros leaving us slowly but surely one by one.
An era is coming to an end. Meastros we grew up with getting older and will eventually all leave.
Sometimes I hate life. Sometimes it is beautiful. It is just, life. Enjoy every second of it.

I saw him in February 2013 in Granada, en Plantabaja, during my first and so far only trip to Spain.. found my photo of his poster (grrr. which i cannot upload)

Oh lord. That's very sad. One of the first things I learned when I started taking lessons was a super cool little solea passage from him that Ramon showed me how to play. I love his style. Another great one gone to the next life.
