Neck/Heel issue? 
I'm unsure what's going on with the neck and heel on this guitar, bad glue job? heel coming apart? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

the veneer looks chipped. It can be replaced.

There's something odd about the purfling near there too. And see the discoloration where the neck meets the neck-body joint?

Are you thinking of buying this without inspecting it in person?
