20th fret extension shape is odd 

I caught this 20th fret fingerboard extension with two fluted carve outs. Functional or stylistic? I can’t tell.

Those are cocaine spoons, from the 80s in Miami and LA.

I think it was intended as a transition ramp to fingering positions beyond the fingerboard. Sick.

I think it's so the notes from the 'b' and 'e' strings can slide into to soundhole easier to make up for the one's that are bumping their heads on the extension on their way out. It doesn't always work, however, as notes with bashed in heads are often flat and also if the little birds circling their heads are tweeting too much then that can also affect the sound.
