A Mi Juana

Currently practicing this (hair turned half grey), I was a bit curious about the title name. Looked up Gtranslate and found it's meaning to be "to my Juana". Aka I'm guessing it's written for unrequited love? Is this true? If it's true, I NEED to practice even harder lol

it does no have to be a lover, it can be mother, daughter, or just a friend. You don't say who or what this is so we are left to guess.
