MP4 upload

I had lessons for 6 months with Ramon Jimenez back in the 1980s. I was going to contribute a clip of him when he was 18 but it is now on my desktop as an mp4. The foro doesnt accept mp4. How do I convert it to something acceptable ( its only 60 secs long )
