I attended Grisha's concert tonight in Brooklyn, NYC and it was *stellar*. I've known Grisha for decades and we had met (of all places) randomly at the Frankfurt airport many years ago and hung out briefly. I've watched him play only on YouTube thus far, but tonight, finally the opportunity arose to see him in-person.
Wow - just incredible - probably the most mind-blowing concert I've ever attended. And he is the humblest of people.

I'd love to meet/hear him in person one day and a couple of years ago I was the proud owner of a firstrow ticket for his Amsterdam Concert. I really looked forward to it but unfortunately the concert was canceled due to the suden Russian invasion after which Grisha understandably decided it might be to risky to travel to Europe with his Russian background. He is indeed a phenomenal player and one day maybe I'll be lucky enough to hear him play life.

Thank you, Ramzi! It was so great to see you afterwards and I am sorry I had to wind things down quickly to drive to Philadelphia. Hopefully, I will see you again soon!
I also was very moved that Lionel wrote me a message explaining that he could not make it due to family obligations, but wanted to donate the tickets anyway. Lionel, thanks so much and I hope to see you next time!
Erik, I am sorry last time didn't work out in Amsterdam. However, I am playing there February 2025. I would be honored if you could attend!
My tonight's concert in Philly is full, but you can catch me in Boston on the 13th, Baltimore on the 15th and Washington DC on the 17th. Ole!

Grisha, that's great news, I just bought myself a ticket for Amsterdam. Normally I'd got notice of these concerts much earlier but the organizer has changed (no advertising mail this time) so I'm glad you mentioned the concert and there were still tickets left. I'm looking forwards to meet you (you're on my wish list for many years).

Hello Grisha, I really wanted to attend your concert but unfortunately I was doing some UBER driving . I'm sure it was an incredible performance. In fact Ramzi told me about the concert well ahead of time but I'm facing some financial problems lately . Hopefully one day I'll get to meet you in person.

Great show tonight with the Grish man! He played A LOT of pieces. The venue was very close to Peabody Conservatory but I did not see many guitar students in the audience this time. What’s up with that?
