Those f holes told me he would eventually show Gilbert’s 3 nps. Now, at 13:33, he pretends there is one pattern, and I was like WTF? It is a 7 string guitar and the basic open or E phrygian positon if you have a drop B 7 string guitar . He makes it sound like he gives you some cheat or alternative. In general he seems to advocate “Box position” which is EXACTLY the thing most intermediate guitarists are trying to move AWAY from. Again, I recommend Gilbert’s videos.

Mr. Metalhead never listened to Racer-X?

Fabulous guitar teacher, regardless of style goals. Please note the silly f holes, and how he uses 1-3-4 for whole steps like every single Andalusian guitarist.
