i just bought the amalio burguet fvd its a blanca did i make the right choice ? or i shouldve gone with the f negra dv ( same guitar but negra indian rosewood back and sides ) Ok, so you actually already bought a guitar, nice, congratulations. About whether or not you made the right choice, I think that you are the only person who can tell that, and I am sure you will do just fine. I really think that different guitars suit differently to different people, so what might be a perfect guitar for me might really be not that great guitar for you. So my humble suggestion is that you forget about "did I make the right choice" question, and instead that you play and enjoy your new guitar, that you learn as much as you can and improve your skills by playing it (also it would be nice to hear some of your recordings). As you make progress along the way, as you learn more about guitars, as you listen and hopefully play a lot of them during the following years, you will eventually form your taste and confidence about guitars and you will either keep this blanca or acquire a new instrument that you will absolutely love. Nevertheless, it would be interesting to hear what others would think about this idea. As a side comment, I was not familiar with Amalio Burguet guitars so I took a look at the web page, looks nice. One thing that strikes me though is that it says that all guitars are hand made which given some guitar prices seems almost impossible to me, I am really surprised if this is the case. Cheers
