Since I've been trying to meet in-person as many foro members as possible more recently, I thought it would be fun to start a thread that has links to any photos or videos from such get-togethers. Here's a start...

you know ....I like Sevillanas ...I really do ,.... I know lots of them ...old and new ..probably too many ...(and I suppose strictly speaking. historically etc ...theyre not technically flamenco ...) However , i did keep learning them ,,, and when you meet a Spanish girl ,, they wont dance sing or anything ...until the sevillanas starts ,,.. and then you are the hero .. bear that in mind now ......

Wow, Guess I have to jump in here since both Ramzi and Ricardo posted PICS of me
Ok, here's the deal....The (Rxxxba Kxxxg) ala "Rey de la Rumba" was forced into zero internet presence about 5 years ago. So since then on the foro I just go by my middle name Lorenzo :)
I am the same guy and had some good times here on the foro in the past
Here is one more PIC to add to the posts. Also Ricardo and Ramzi, please stay in touch.
Thanks.

Come here and I will feed you raw fish, roasted wild boar, foraged seasonal edible flowers and you won't even have to sit with snarky American hipsters at the table!

flamenco right inside the cathedral would sound...crazy. especially a dark taranta or a slow solea. but I'd prefer a funky bulerias/tangos party at the dome suqare. yeah I remember a friend of mine told me that tomatito had a concert somewhere here in cologne. so he was in the Philharmonie. was it good?

Tomatito in Koln - interesting to see but it was a little to high-brow for my tastes and I didn't rate the singer. Acoustics and atmosphere were a bit dead, although the guy on cajon was really good and lifted it a bit.
