Just found your wonderful site yesterday-thank you for being here! I'm an old guy, retired, and getting back into guitar playing after a pretty long layoff.
I like so many styles of music and so many instruments-but Flamenco is pretty new to my ears-sure, I've heard and seen some before, and was very attracted to it but I never really delved into it. Then I decided to shop around for a new guitar, and it brought me to youtube-and there I heard some great stuff-and met one of your own there-Ramzi.
Just think, he could have become a doctor with those hands! ; ) Thank you Ramzi for turning my ears to Flamenco and your beautiful playing. I will never be anything close to his abilities, but I will have fun with it for sure.
RE: Hello from se PA USA (in reply to bluespiderweb)
Thank you for the welcomes, gentlemen! I am happy to be here, and I have learned a lot in the short time I have been here, reading many posts from the members.
You seem like a good, friendly lot, and I do appreciate that too, very much in these times today. Too often that is the exception rather than the rule, and I miss people just being nice to each other. Thank you for that, and this good forum!
