Hello! I'm thinking of buying a flamenco guitar, have a couple of classical guitars for example Alhambra 5p and 8P, want to buy a flamenco guitar also.
I'm thinking of buying either Alhambra 7FC or Esteve 8F, not that many other brands for flamenco guitars are available in my country.
Esteve is on sale now for around 1000 EUR or 1000 US dollars.
Which One is the better one? Esteve is more expensive than the Alhambra but is it better?
I don't want to spend more than 1000 US Dollars. The guitars are going to be bought online, so I can't play them.

I agree with rombsix. There will be no major different between the two guitars. I myself have ordered many guitars online and every so often, some have turned out pretty good, so good luck!

I had an Esteve GR7, an older model (98) and liked it very much--until I got more experienced on flamenco guitar. So I am on the fence on that one. At one point I traded my Esteve "classical" for their lower "flamenco" model and the classical was a much better instrument, but overall both were not for traditional flamenco. You may want to buy something that you can resell if you decide to pursue more investment in a flamenco sound, so be prepared. Good luck!

Are you located in the US? I have a blanca for sale under $1000. PM if interested.
