Very funny .. most of the interview is about cooking ...
and he claims he makes the best tortilla de patatas, the best ever ...so good its a scandal ...
and so he goes on comparing food to music ....
as to the Sevillanas ...best not translated ...

......heard the singing , now i see why he plays the guitar....

I feel the same way about George Benson, he is a really good singer but much better guitar player.
