Miguel Vargas toque de Extremadura 

Every now and then you discover new artists, people you have never heard before or maybe didn´t pay attention at first.

A friend of mine posted a video on FB of Miguel Vargas. I don´t remember hearing of him before but what a incredible player, Definately old scool, simple but efective,puro, solid compas and great melodies in acompanyment and solo guitar.
Reminds me a lot of Cepero. I like modern players/flamenco in general but this kind of toque combined with the way he manages the compas confirms for me that many times less is more!

Here are some new videos. The first accompanying La Kaita. I don't speak Spanish but I think perhaps he is explaining the extremadura style in the last two videos?
