Is this head ok?

the two thin parts are 6 mm thick which I think is not good
Is there any risk after strings tension later?, If so I'll glue additional thin pieces of wenge for each side the reshape the head

I just fear that it might break with time after guitar completion and strings are in tune

6mm is waaay more than enough for the force that is applied at that point.

And you have a big brass plate reinforcing the the side that is thinnest.

Two things though.

It is better to drill your roller holes before the making the slots. You are at less risk of getting tear out within the head.

Before screwing your tuners on make sure the screws won't pierce the inside of the slot.

Nothing in the world is 100% safe. Not even condoms.

Your headstock looks fine. But be very carefull when drilling the holes for the machine heads. As someone else said, you should've drilled those first in order to avoid tear-out.
