and payed the money through bank wire with a case amounting to : $1614.33. ( 2F Palosanto + Estuche de fibra ) And unfortunately the website does not show any change that I have paid the money so it has not shipped the guitar yet although I have emailed them for several times, they are not going to answer me yet. So what's your suggestion ? what would you do if you were me ? it's been a couple of weeks that I have paid this amount of money and they do not even reply my emails.
In fact I was emailing to them and they hardly answered my questions( this email : guitarras@rsanchiscarpio.com ). I was writing in English and after 4 or 5 days they answered me in Spanish ( with a weak English translation of google translator below the Spanish text ) By the way, we'd been replying until they stopped replying me. I thought that they might be busy. In fact my parents live in California. when you want to buy a thing from Hermanos Sanchis Lopez you have to go this website :
one is paying with BBVA that it was not possible for me. because my account was Bank of America and it failed to pay. the second way of paying money is bank wire. so my parents wired exactly the amount that I was shown in the website. Then I emailed them the receipt to the first address and Yahoo ( my mail provider ) this time showed me that this email is no longer available so surprisingly the mail failed to be sent ! ( MAILED DAEMON ) As well they have another email address that interestingly they do not check it also : german@rsanchiscarpio.com
Now I have paid $1614.33 and the website still shows Awaiting Bank wire payment. I exactly paid 8th August. And now it's 30th :) . I do not know what to do. I'm not sure with that weak english they emailed me they are able to speak English on the phone. and if so. there is time difference to call spain in their suitable time.

Yes, call them at 10 am spanish time, they take a break then and that's when people normally go to try guitars. Ask for David, he speaks English. I wouldn't worry, they're highly reliable people.
Sanchis guitars, to me are one of the best in quality. but in business just 30% is about quality and the other 70 % is ( customer ) service. and Hermanos Sanchis Lopez company in terms of customer service really lacks when I compare to sale services with the companies in the States. They will call you and even over items less than $1k they make sure that you have recieved the item(US). I have created an account and there is my email address and phone number. Morante : I emailed them with the exact email address that you have put ( guitarras@rsanchiscarpio.com ) and there is no answer after 23 days sir. If I have to call them so what's the point in making that website and buying online ? that would make no sense in my opinion. I'm sorry that I'm complaining about the people you trust them. I am not going to destroy their character or doubt their honesty either. But the point is : when you pay over $1k you expect services deserving you. don't you ? I'm gonna try to phone and come up with final answer.
The Sanchis shop takes the entire month of August off for vacations. Perhaps they have been closed and have not been able to communicate with you. If this is the case, you will probably hear something from them soon.

You should try to remember that the culture of the USA and the culture of Andalucía are completely different
I once went to Valencia with a friend to buy a guitar. they offered all they had and i played 18 guitars, rejecting one after another until I found one I liked.
When it came to pay, I had a great problem with the cajeros, which eventually locked my card. They had driven me around Valencia, looking for Banco Santander,
Finally, I did not have enough money to pay the guitar. They insisted that I should take the guitar and keep enough to eat, pay a hostal and the train home and said OK, send the rest when you get to Cádiz.
So I invited them to a tapita and sent the money as soon as I got home.
These people will not exploit you and if you want a really great guitar, el padre Ricardo (intimate friend of Faustino) still makes a few totally a mano.

Pretty amazing story. They should put that up on their website, I'm sure they'd sell more guitars after it.
I'm more inclined to buy one of their guitars now than I was before!

So how is that different from the USA? It sounds very similar to the way we treat our customers.
I have had a similar problem with another store in Spain and my Spanish friends here advised me as Tom Nuñez advises, that nothing gets done in Spain in August. I waited and sent another email yesterday and heard back today. So relax and don't worry. They probably have hundreds of emails to go through now.
