Good find! I do almost the same exercises with a soy bean bucket, it comes from traditional kung fu training. Very good for wrist and forearm strength! Theres a lot of useful stuff (not only) for guitarists from the rich tradition of kung fu and chinese medicine.

well we eat pure basmati rice from tilda with long grains and its expensive. so i wont do that with our rice sack. (iranians will know what i am talking about).
