rasqueado question 
saw a short vid of a young man in a whit suit, long black hair playing. along about 22 seconds he did a strum pattern that didnt seem to be a ras or a iam pattern it seemed more like a fluttering of the index finger or thumb but very fast. i tried finding the thread again and i couldnt. the topic of the thread was tremelo in the higher frets etc. sorry dont remember the artist and couldnt find it using serveral searches. really good plyer just dont remember. If someone remembers it I just want to have some idea how he does that strum flutter like so fast
