RE: My Rumba Version of Hotel California (in reply to Guest)
Nice one!
I´m just back from Dubrovnik. There were tons of guitarists in the streets of old town. I wish somebody would have played something with balls like you in that video.
For live gigs I would never fade out. Make clear where you end your performance. Bam,.Llamada.. applause.

Overall, agree, pretty good. And i'm sure you're really having fun, and thats the most important thing.
Though i would like to share some points for you to think about, that i truly believe will help you. The strong. bright, punchy picado is great when its appropriate, but in this context, you would benefit from a sweeter more dynamic and sensative rest stroke, and overall more tonal variance, and vibrato. And of course when called for, the stronger tone is great. The way you're rhythmically shaping the lines sounds a bit stiff as well. Sing the song in your head as your playing. Pay attention to the stronger and weaker parts of the phrases and let that be reflected in your tone and dynamics.
Instead of DA; DADA; DA; DADA; DA; DA; DADA, DA
Maybe DA, daDA, Da, da Da DA, DA DA daDA da
More like a words being sung, and less like a Sabicas scale run.
Listen to some Vicente, he's got such a great lyrical style. The way he shapes single note lines is nearly as good as it gets. He's a great model for that type of playing.
Anyway, thats a great song. I loved when the Eagles "Gipsy King'd" it on the Hell Freezes Over tour. I think you did it pretty darn good justice overall. I enjoyed watching you, and i'm totally jealous of your guitar!! LOL
