The Olympics 2012 Ceremony and me
Around Christmas, I pitched an idea for the London Olympic ceremony but sadly, it didn't come off. However, they went with a similar, more expensive but simpler concept, so I am taking some of the credit
10,000 people holding an iPad or other tablet, some creative programming and you get a crowd-sourced video screen. Each tablet is a single pixel. Here are some of my simulations.

But what if some maniac Scottish programmer had unleashed a virus that would have displayed the Scottish Saltire instead of the Union Flag? (normally flown upside down these days 50% of the time anyway! )
