the first video you posted, first demonstration, thats part of his famous 1 inch punch (without retracting the arm) , here it is done to a person, just watch its effect:

he is truly a dragon!! undefeated and unsurpassed!

I was waiting for your response kudo after reading the other thread. I have always been into his movies. I never studied martial arts but he was truly remarkable.
